How long will it take my gift to ship?
KADOO gifts are processed within 1-3 days and are shipped from New York via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. It will typically take 1-3 business days with USPS Priority Mail and 4-7 business days for UPS ground shipping depending on the destination. Most areas in New York City and surrounding area take 1 day with UPS ground.
Once your order is processed and begins its route to you, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation and a tracking link.

How far in advance do I need to place and order?
We suggest at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure all products are in stock and to allow the products to be delivered at your preferred date.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States and Canada. However, please check back from time to times as it is our goal to spread the joy of KADOO around the world. Please contact us for shipping to Canada, as we need to alert customer about custom duty.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final as we take great care in making sure your gifts arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event, if any of your items are received damaged, please notify us within 7 days after delivery date at email@example.com with photos of the damaged products. We will try our best to make it right!
We are not responsible for any error made by the shipping carrier, including lost or stolen package once delivered by the delivery service.
We are also not responsible for a delay due to force majeur.
Please note, because of the nature of the handmade touch, slight inconsistency might appear.
How will my gift(s) be packaged and wrapped?
Our box size is 9.25 x 9.25 x 4 inches. Each box is designed and printed in the USA using 55% post consumer recyclable material and vegetable based inks with low VOC emissions.
We wrap each box using Furoshiki, the traditional – and environmentally friendly - Japanese method of wrapping with a cloth, which can be re-used again and again (even as a wine carrier!)
Our fabric is 100% French linen. Our fabric meets the requirement for environmentally friendly dyeing OEKO-Tex 100.
Can I add a personalized note?
Absolutely! We provide complimentary KADOO notecards with matching envelope and an optional handwritten message (more or less up to 100 words) at checkout. Our notecard size is A1 or flat card (3.5 x 4.875 inches).
Where do your flowers come from and how do you include them in the box?
We source our flowers from everywhere, all the way from Copenhagen, Denmark to Catskills, New York! We especially love to work with local farmers. Because dried flowers are more fragile, we included a small arrangement inside the box to make sure they stay intact when they arrive. On the outside of the KADOO wrap, we insert fresh leaves or dried flowers that we believe are stronger. Dried flowers typically last for 2 years, though slight fading of the colors might occur after 6 months. Please store dried flowers in room temperature, with low humidity and no direct sunlight to ensure longevity.
Due to the seasonal nature of our botanical, the type of flowers/leaves shown on the website might differ from the actual received. We will try our best to maintain the color scheme and flowers/leaves of equivalent value will be used.
What does the name "KADOO" mean?
KADOO is a play on the Indonesian word "Kado", which means present or gift.

We carefully select and curate items, sourcing them from makers with missions we believe in – sustainable, organic, artisan-made, local and mostly women-owned companies.
