Natural, artisan, vegan, extra fine and crunchy, infused with olive oil and black truffle. The black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has an intense flavor and an exquisite aroma. The harvest takes place in the town of Sarrión (Teruel) where the largest oak plantation in the world is located. Tuber Aestivum or Summer Truffle grows from early summer to fall. It can be distinguished by its angular wrinkles. Its tone is dark brown and the pulp has an intense and characteristic perfume and flavor. Made without additives or colorings and without palm oil, non Gmo.

Choc on Choc started in 2003 in a village near Bath in the UK by a father-daughter team, Kerr Dunlop and Flo Broughton. Kerr is an accomplished inventor and was messing around with chocolate in the kitchen one day, with a recently graduated Flo. Together they were filling rubber moulds shaped as noughts and crosses thinking that that they would make rather nice presents for the family. Their original noughts and crosses product became ‘Love and Kisses’ and is still stocked to this day.

BRINS was founded by Candice Ross, an architect who traveled extensively in Asia, Europe & Middle East. She found herself tirelessly wandering the spice markets & souks; exploring each culture through its oldest flavors.
Her mission when starting BRINS was to marry the highest quality spices & favorite fruits to build the perfect "space," one balanced with the comfort of familiarity & excitement of a new experience. To her preserving is architecture at its core: the meeting of science, craft & emotion. BRINS is a cajun french word that means “little bit”; a nod to her Louisiana Cajun French home, heritage & a small way to share home.

Her delicious baked products reminded her of his childhood in Bordeaux. Lady Joseph, as her friends called her, inaugurated her Tea Room which became a meeting place to talk and catch up. She lovingly made the products that accompanied the railroad travelers on the well-known Haro-Bordeaux route
